PitchCold is sold as a one-time purchase for $89 USD. This includes:

• Lifetime access to the Product
• Free updates and improvements
• Technical support
• No monthly or recurring fees

All payments are processed securely through our payment processor. Prices are subject to change without notice for new customers.

5. No Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of PitchCold and immediate access provided upon purchase:

• All sales are final and non-refundable
• No refunds for change of mind or dissatisfaction
• No refunds for technical issues or compatibility problems
• No refunds for unused or partially used products

We provide comprehensive documentation and support to ensure successful implementation. Please review all requirements before purchasing.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

PitchCold and all associated content, including but not limited to code, documentation, templates, and designs, are the exclusive property of PitchCold and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of:

• Your email templates and content

As a user of PitchCold, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your accounts and credentials

8. Technical Requirements and Support

PitchCold requires:

• Google account and Google Sheets access
• Product Hunt API key (free)
• Email service API (Brevo recommended)
• Basic computer literacy and internet access

We provide documentation and email support, but cannot guarantee compatibility with all systems or resolve all technical issues.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations

9.1 No Warranties

PitchCold is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee:

• Specific results or lead generation outcomes
• Compatibility with all systems or configurations
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Compliance with all email marketing laws

9.2 Limitation of Liability

In no event shall PitchCold be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

10. Termination

We may terminate your license to use PitchCold if you:

Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Product and destroy all copies.
